Come learn about phishing (and no not that big walleye from last summer)\, making your passwords nearly hacker proof\, and some safe browsing tips for work and home!\n\n\n	How to use passphrases\n	How to setup and use Multi Factor Authentication\n	The two-question phishing test\n	Web browsing safety\n\n\n\n\nPresenter: Matthew McCullough\, CISSP\, MSIA\, Lake Superior College\n\nMy name is Matt McCullough and I'm from "Up North".  I mainly teach Cybersecurity courses at LSC\, including the Intrusion Detection and Network Security Fundamentals courses.  I also coach our CCDC (collegiate cyber defense competition) and our NCL (national cyber league) teams.  I also help students to research industry topics such as malware command and control tactics\, Internet of Things\, and open source defense tools.  Before my time teaching\, I spent nearly a decade in IT and Cybersecurity at a wide range of businesses including regional banks and the State of Minnesota.  I was a Cybercorps Scholarship for Service award recipient and have presented at nine different cybersecurity conferences on topics ranging from network monitoring\, starting a cybersecurity career\, and basic security tips.  Outside of this\, I enjoy doing any kind of outdoor activity with my family\, such as hiking\, camping\, frolf\, and mountain biking.
