Jackie started working for IPS Worldwide (now IPS CRANES) as a college intern and was asked to take over the business only a couple of years later.  Jackie has grown the business\, from three employees to nearly 50 employees\, through business development\, acquisitions and visionary leadership.  In 2013\, Jackie became the President & CEO of IPS Worldwide.  Today\, IPS CRANES is the premier custom crane manufacturer for the crane industry.  Jackie is married to Pat O'Connell\, Vice President\, IPS CRANES\, and they have three children.  Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Augsburg College\, an MBA from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management and is a Fulbright Scholarship recipient.\n\n\n\n  www.ipscranes.com \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Tour:\n\nIPS Cranes is a complete repair\, rebuild\, and manufacturing facility for all types of locomotive and crawler cranes. With its 20 Duluth employees they offer a full service shop with staff expertise in welding\, fabrication\, hydraulics\, pneumatics\, electrical\, and mechanical assembly.  Their main building is outfitted with the latest tooling and fabrication equipment\, a high-capacity overhead crane\, oversized service doors and high ceiling height.
