They consistently produce quality work\, are driven to accomplish great things\, and know how to attain results by their own accord through others.\n\n\n\nTSMA's Overview of Emerging Leaders\n\nTSMA is missing the perspective and involvement of the younger generations (Generation Y and Z [born 2002-1980]).  Employers are encouraged to identify their emerging leaders to participate in this conversation. This can be a next-generation employee from any level of the organization (i.e. production staff\, office staff\, management).  This as an opportunity to empower your up and coming leaders by involving them in important conversations.  Answers and ideas that emerge from this meeting will be provided to the primary contact from companies that register their emerging leader(s). \n\n\n\n\n\nOctober 23 attendees will be asked to answer the following questions: \n\n1) How are you being more scrappy from a productivity perspective?\n\n2) What trends are you seeing that will impact your business for the long term?
