DESCRIPTION:This course will cover basic theory and hands on application for one of the following: Shielded Metal\, Gas Metal or Gas Tungsten Arc Welding processes as well as basic cutting with the Oxygen Fuel or Plasma Arc Cutting processes. Students will learn the safety practices associated with the welding trades. All standards used are based on AWS D1.1-08\, AWS QC1\, AWS Entry Level SENSE and industry standards.
